PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file distribution device which makes it possible to efficiently distribute a file created by an ordinary personal computer, etc., as well as a file receiving device and a file transmission system corresponding to the file distribution device.SOLUTION: A file division unit 12 divides data in a file to generate packet data. An IP encapsulation unit 13 adds a UDP header and an IP header to the packet data and adds information on a flag and a packet size as header information to the packet data according to ULE, thereby generating encapsulated packet data. An MPEG-2TS conversion unit 14 adds a PID denoting that the accompanied is a file and TS header information to the encapsulated packet data, thereby generating packet data in an MPEG transport stream format. An OFDM modulation unit 15 modulates the MPEG transport stream by OFDM. |
