摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable battery surplus capability borrowing method by which a power system operator borrows surplus capability of a rechargeable battery without interference with a utilization schedule of a consumer side rechargeable battery.SOLUTION: A rechargeable battery surplus capability borrowing method sets surplus capability of a rechargeable battery capable of being lent by a consumer, a time zone and a price at the time of lending. A power system operator determines the surplus capability to be borrowed and the time zone on the basis of price information. A consumer side rechargeable battery is charged and discharged with compensating electric energy for compensating electric energy charged and discharged in accordance with instructions from the power system operator within a determined period of time. The power system operator calculates the electric energy used and pays the consumer the price.
