PURPOSE: A composition for enhancing immunity is provided to non-specifically improve animal immunity and to enhance immunogenicity of a vaccine. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing immunity which is prepared from Bordetella pertussis and Staphylococcus aureus Cowan I contains Bacillus megaterium as an active ingredient. A method for enhancing immunity comprises: a step of adding the composition to an inactivated vaccine and vaccinating the mixture to animals exclusive of humans.
