PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise hinge cover device for a high-speed railway pantograph capable of reducing aerodynamic noise.SOLUTION: In a low-noise hinge cover device for a high-speed railway pantograph of a single-arm structure having a pantograph head in contact with an overhead wire, an upper frame 2 for supporting the pantograph head, and a lower frame 3 attached to the roof side of an electric railway vehicle, a hollow part of a hinge cover 11 covering a hinge part for connecting the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 is opened. By opening the hollow part of the hinge cover 11, a cavity it eliminated, and the generation of noise caused by a standing wave inside the hinge cover 11 and the generation of noise caused by irregular vortices are suppressed. |
