<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently developing the physiological actions of sesamin compounds to reinforce the actions of the sesamin compounds, and to provide an effective compound used together to achieve the object. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a composition which contains both the sesamin compounds (contained in sesame seeds in an amount of 0.1 to 0.5%, preferably sesamin and/or episesamin) and γ-oryzanol, synergistically reinforces the physiological actions, such as anti-fatigue action, of the sesamin compounds, is safe for humans and animals, and can therefore continuously be taken. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
