PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive material precursor capable of obtaining a conductive material with high conductivity. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the conductive material precursor having a physical development nucleus layer and a silver halide emulsion layer in that order on a support body, a coated object after having coated liquid coated and dried on the support body for providing a physical development nucleus layer is put under heating treatment, and then, at least a silver halide emulsion layer is set coated as an upper layer of the physical development nucleus layer.
