PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a ball screw mechanism capable of eliminating the wastefulness in processing, heightening the reliability of the ball screw mechanism, and enhancing the degree of freedom of manufacturing. SOLUTION: The ball screw mechanism is configured so that its circulation passage 2b is formed directly on the inside circumferential surface of a nut 2, and as shown in Fig.9, a female screw groove 2a and the circulation passage 2b are connected smoothly with each other to allow structuring with no level difference provided, so that no noise will be emitted nor a change in the working torque (hitching etc.) be generated even if a ball 3 passes the space between the female screw groove 2a and the circulation groove 2b, and also it is possible to suppress a life degradation etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
