Mixing tool for treating a portion of soil

The tool (10) has a retractable arm (20) presenting deployed and retracted positions such that scale of a lower end of the tool is higher than diameter of a tube (12) to allow the processing of a soil portion (16) by the rotation of a longitudinal rotating shaft (18) when the arm is in the deployed position. Angular action cylindrical springs (26, 28) are disposed between the shaft and the arm to allow the arm to be in the retracted position during insertion of a lower part of the shaft in the tube. A longitudinal conduit (32) injects a fluid e.g. reactive liquid, near the shaft`s lower end. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an equipment comprising a mixing tool (2) a method for processing a portion of soil.
