<p>A handle assembly 2 comprises a handle 10 rotatably mounted on a flat plate 4. A first spring 28 is received in the handle 10 and located between the plate and the handle to bias the handle toward a first position. The spring may be inserted within an inner groove in the handle. A bushing 16 may be located on the plate via lugs14 in grooves 18, the bushing having a fixing hole for the spring which may be a torsion spring fixed at the other end within a recess in the handle. In another arrangement (fig.4) the first spring is secured to a rotation disc (36) within the handle and a second spring (42) is connected between the disc and the handle to allow the handle to rotate in both directions, clockwise and anti-clockwise, and is biased toward a central position.</p> |
