PURPOSE: A handle control type safety rod post for a forklift is provided to allow a material support unit to prevent materials loaded on the fork of a forklift from overturning by stably supporting the materials. CONSTITUTION: A handle control type safety rod post (1) for a forklift comprises a base member (2), a material support unit (11), a handle control rod (16), left and right screw rods (19a, 19b), and a clamp body (23). The base member has a base plate (3), and guide blocks (4a, 4b) and screw rod mounting blocks (5a, 5b) are installed therein. The material support unit is vertically installed on the top surface of the base plate. The handle control rod vertically penetrates through the center portion of the base plate, and a handle (17) and a drive bevel gear (18) are installed therein. Driven bevel gears (20) are installed on one end of the left and right screw rods, and male screws (21) are installed on the other end. |
