<p>PURPOSE: A collateral transaction service method helps a supplier strike a contract with an investor by connecting the supplier supplying a goods or a service and an investor in need of the goods or the service. CONSTITUTION: A supplier registers a request for carrying out a collateral transaction with a collateral transaction server (S10). If an accessed investor accepts the request, the server registers the investor (S20). The supplier and the investor strike a contract via the server (S30). The server sets the right to foreclose on the collateral and provides the right to the supplier (S40). When the collateral's duration expires or if the contract is requested to be canceled, the server forecloses on the collateral (S60). The server provides the resulting money of the foreclosure to the supplier (S70).
