PURPOSE: A pipe fixing sleeve of a multi-layered building is provided to facilitate the joining work of sleeves in double piping and to firmly join sleeves after placing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A pipe fixing sleeve of a multi-layered building comprises an open plate (16), a flange (12), a circular protrusion, a through-hole (15), a first slide (18), and a second slide (19). The open plate is formed on the top of a cylindrical main body (11) and is opened by external pressure using holes (17). The flange is formed on the lower outer circumference of the main body. The flange includes a plurality of protrusions (13). The circular protrusion is formed on the bottom of the flange. The diameter of the circular protrusion is the same as the diameter of the main body and is smaller than the diameter of the flange. The through-hole penetrates the circular protrusion and is formed on the protrusion. The first and second slides are integrated with the one and the other sides of the main body. The first and second slides include a pair of inner protrusions (18a) and a pair of outer protrusions (19a). |
