PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving water-vapor barrier properties of a polystyrene resin layer without reducing impact resistance of the polystyrene resin layer.SOLUTION: A sheet is produced by using a polystyrene resin composition containing ≥35 mass% and ≤90 mass% of a polystyrene resin, ≥5 mass% and ≤60 mass% of a cyclic olefin resin, and ≥5 mass% and ≤50 mass% of a linear low-density polyethylene resin as a raw material. When a packaging container is produced by using a laminated sheet obtained by thermally fusing the sheet at least on one surface of a base sheet consisting essentially of a polystyrene resin, a high-quality container is produced.
