PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring cartridge including a plurality of continuous cells being usable for a method for highly sensitively and quantitatively detect any target molecule by measuring electrical charges generated by power generating enzymes, and especially, to provide a measuring cartridge suited for automatically and/or continuously performing such detecting method.SOLUTION: The measuring cartridge according to the present invention includes a plurality of continuous cell parts (a space for retaining solution and the like) suited to automation and composed of plastic. A detection cell part in which two adjacent cell parts at a specific position are integrated via a separator disposed at an intermediate part therebetween is formed.
