PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation support device that can secure uniqueness of execution sequence of processing and can improve operability.SOLUTION: A plant operation support device 100 comprises display means 251 and acceptance means 212. The display means 251 displays input processing information indicating processing for inputting information from a plant, intermediate processing information indicating processing executed by using a processing result of processing information and output processing information indicating processing for outputting the processing result by the processing information as a diagnostic result of the plant while displaying a plurality of columns to which the processing information indicating processing executed at the plant can be allocated in accordance with an arrangement rule set according to a processing flow. The acceptance means 212 accepts operation for allocating the processing information to respective ones of the plurality of columns displayed by the display means 251 and accepts operation for connecting between a first column to which first processing information is allocated and a second column to which second processing information using a processing result of the first processing information is allocated.
