PURPOSE: A rubberized asphalt waterproofing material and a construction method thereof are provided to extend life of a structure and prevent a leakage from being generated by preventing an asphalt waterproofing layer from being torn by aggregate included in concrete or pressure of the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A rubberized asphalt waterproofing material comprises as follows. A primer is coated on a surface of a structure in which foreign substances is removed (S100). The lower surface of an asphalt waterproofing layer in which a lower release paper is removed is attached to the surface of the structure on which the primer is coated (S200). A first upper release paper attached to a waterproofing layer joint unit of the asphalt waterproofing layer is removed and is attached to the lower surface of the other waterproofing layer in which the lower release paper is removed (S300). A second upper release paper attached to a polyethylene sheet of the upper surface of the asphalt waterproofing layer is separated so that an adhesion layer is exposed. The lower part of a buffer protecting material is attached to the exposed adhesion layer (S400). Concrete is placed on the upper part of the buffer protecting material and is cured as a concrete layer (S500).
