PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively detect a specimen containing a substance that is a target of analysis, by using an immunochromatography inspection instrument.SOLUTION: A reference detection section is provided which detects only the activity of a marked captured substance. In the reference detection section, a signal value corresponding to a maximum capture amount is detected at all the time. Therefore, by comparing the signal value with a signal value of a detection section regardless of difference in a density or thickness of a porous body, influences of factors making the density or thickness different can be excluded. |
