PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SAW oscillator that is compact and excellent in oscillation characteristics and includes a SAW resonator and an IC element having an oscillation circuit for driving the SAW resonator.SOLUTION: A SAW oscillator 100 includes a SAW resonator 10 and an IC element 20 having an oscillation circuit for driving the SAW element 10. A signal line 100ip of the SAW resonator 10 and an output line 100op of the IC element 20 are configured so that greater than or equal to 10% of the area of the output line 100op of the IC element 20 is not overlapped when viewed from the top. |
