PURPOSE: A method for reinforcing a sewage storage tank in an individual sewage treatment device in which a stiffener ring is easily installed maintains the sewage storage tank from inside/external pressure, and protects the stiffener ring from corrosion caused by sewage. CONSTITUTION: A method for reinforcing a sewage storage tank in an individual sewage treatment device comprises the steps of: producing a groove (2) with the fixed depth along the peripheral part of the wall (1) of the sewage storage tank; inserting a stiffener ring (20) with a rectangular-shaped cross section along the groove; fixing the stiffener ring not to move the ring; sandblasting the fixed stiffener ring and spraying powerful resin paste to form a cover portion (30) for preventing corrosion of the stiffener ring. |
