PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and hot water system capable of simultaneously achieving hot water supply request and heating request.SOLUTION: A heating and hot water system includes: a heat pump unit 1 heating a heating medium; a hot water supply heat exchanger 19 performing heat exchange between the heating medium and water in a hot water storage tank 11; heating heat exchangers 31, 32 heating the inside of a room by the heating medium; a heating medium pump 18; heating medium pipes 12-15 sequentially connecting a delivery side of the pump 18 and suction sides of the heat pump 1, hot water storage heat exchanger 19, heating heat exchangers 31, 32 and pump 18; a bypass pipe 22 bypassing the hot water storage heat exchanger 19 from the heating medium pipes; a bypass pipe 23 bypassing the heating heat exchangers 31, 32 from the heating medium pipes; a four-way valve 20 switching respective circuits for the heating medium between the hot water storage heat exchanger 19 and the pipe 22 and between the heating heat exchangers 31, 32 and the pipe 23; and a control means controlling the four-way valve 20 according to the presence or absence of hot water supply request and heating request. |
