<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor module is provided to obtain a low Inductance design by arranging capacitors along a first line. CONSTITUTION: The first electrical connection (26) of a capacitor (2) is connected to a film composite (16). The second electrical connection (23) of the capacitor is electrically connected to a structured conduction layer (15). The collector of a first semiconductor switch (T1) is electrically connected to the cathode of a first diode and the second electrical connection. The emitter of the first semiconductor switch is electrically connected to the collector of a second semiconductor switch, the anode of the first diode and the cathode of a second diode (D2). The emitter of the second semiconductor switch is electrically connected to the anode of the second diode and the first electrical connection.</p> |
