PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system in which communication distance between a work machine and a controller is long and which can be applied to a large scale disaster site.SOLUTION: Mobile routers 23 and 24 are provided in a controller 16 disposed in a control room 13 and a work machine 12 disposed in a work site, respectively. By connecting the mobile routers 23 and 24 with an HSPA line network 22 by radio, an operation signal of the controller 16 is transmitted to the work machine 12 via the HSPA line network 22. In addition, by connecting a camera 31 provided in the work machine 12 and a monitor 17 in the control room 13 with the mobile routers 23 and 24, respectively, and by connecting the mobile routers 23 and 24 with the HSPA line network 22 by radio, a video signal of the camera 31 is transmitted to the monitor 17 via the HSPA line network 22. |
