PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting a schedule between a plurality of users even when a member whose schedule has not been grasped is included.SOLUTION: A schedule storage unit 24 stores electronic calendars for each user. A member specification unit 36 specifies first to n-th (n is an integer which is 2 or more) members who should meet on a certain event from among a plurality of users. A schedule management unit 40 determines a meeting date and time from free dates and times which are common to the first to n-th members by referring to the calendars of the first to n-th members. An event registration unit 58 registers the event on the determined meeting date and time in the calendars of the first to n-th members. A user calendar generation unit 38 newly generates a calendar in a state that any event is not written about the member whose calendar is not present in the schedule storage unit among the first to n-th members.
