A sheet-like semi-finished product has flexible substrate having thickness of 0.05-3 mm, upper capillary structure layer consisting of hardened coating material on one surface of the flexible substrate, and reinforcing layer containing carrier material, on other side of the flexible substrate. The carrier material contains mineral-filled flexible plastic mineral mortar containing 20-95 wt.% inorganic inert or hydraulically hardening substance, 5-80 wt.% plastic dispersion, and 65 wt.% water. The upper layer is embedded in reinforcing layer. A sheet-like semi-finished product has flexible substrate having thickness of 0.05-3 mm, upper layer capillary structure consisting of hardened coating material on one surface of the flexible substrate, and reinforcing layer containing carrier material, on other side of the flexible substrate. The carrier material contains mineral-filled flexible plastic mineral mortar containing 20-95 wt.% inorganic inert or hydraulically hardening substance, 5-80 wt.% plastic dispersion, and 65 wt.% water. At least one of hardened coating material and carrier material are partially saturated. The upper capillary structure layer is embedded in reinforcing layer.
