PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a power inductor by press molding for a mobile phone is provided to improve coherence between a coil and an electrode by winding the coil on a winding guide unit. CONSTITUTION: Coating materials are injected in a groove section of a carrier(30) moved to the progressive direction(S1). An inductor is formed on the groove section(S2). A plane movement process is performed(S3). The coating materials are hardened by ultraviolet rays(S4). The coated inductor is extracted from the groove section(S5). A core includes a coil section and a flange section. The coil section and the flange section have a cross section shape in a longitudinal direction of the core. |
