PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the balance of an employer that provides ancillary services in a combination of a storage battery and electrical equipment.SOLUTION: A controller 20 controls: a storage battery 10 capable of performing charging from a power system 50 and discharging to the power system 50; and electrical equipment 80 that includes at least any one of a load 82 capable of consuming electric power of the power system 50 and a generator 81 capable of supplying electric power to the power system 50. While the storage battery 10 and electrical equipment 80 are providing ancillary services, the controller 20 controls the storage battery 10 and the electrical equipment 80 in accordance with a distribution factor for the storage battery 10 and the electrical equipment 80 preset so that economy becomes maximum according to power supply or power reception instruction for the power system 50 from an application subject of the power system 50. |
