The seat has a seat element and a backrest element including a seat cover (15) and a backrest cover for covering a cushion part. An electrical heating element (38) e.g. heating cell, is arranged below the covers in regions of a seat surface and a backrest surface for occupants of the seat. An outflow opening (44) of the covers is arranged in the regions of the seat surface and the backrest surface, and associated to the heating element, where air heated by the heating element flows through the opening. A ventilator (48) and a common central filter (46) are associated to the heating element.
