<p>PURPOSE: A device to transfer racks of a rack type dishwasher is provided to structurally protect a motor because a driving force of the motor transferring the rack is not blocked when overload is generated and a rack transfer roller jumps over the rack and idles. CONSTITUTION: A device to transfer racks (50) of a rack type dishwasher comprises a driving shaft (100), a driven shaft (200), a transfer sprocket (300), a transfer chain (400), a plurality of rack transfer rollers (500), a driven sprocket (600), a driving sprocket (800), and a motor (900). The driving shaft and the driven shaft are axially installed inside an inlet hole (10) and an outlet hole (11). The transfer sprocket is mounted on both sides of the driving shaft and the driven shaft. The transfer chain is connected to the transfer sprocket and supports the rack in which dishes are held. The plurality of rack transfer rollers is installed to protrude to an upper side with an optimal gap in the transfer chain and transfers the rack. The driven sprocket is axially installed in one side of the driving shaft. The driving sprocket is connected to the driven shaft by a chain (700). The motor drives the driving sprocket.</p> |
