PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bio nanocomposite hydrogel is provided to provide the bio nanocomposite hydrogel friendly to human body with excellent moisture-containing force and high physical strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bio nanocomposite hydrogel comprises: a step of obtaining a nanoclay-hydrogel solution by mixing a hydrogel solution which is obtained by dissolving a biopolymer, a plasticizer, and a crosslinking agent into a solvent, and a nanoclay solution which is obtained by dissolving nano clay into a solvent; and a step of gelating the nanoclay-hydrogel solution. The gelation is conducted by heating the nanoclay-hydrogel solution at 80-95 deg, C for 10-30 minutes, casting the heated solution on a glass plate, and drying the casted material. |
