PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece component assembly capable of welding while a collet and a hairspring are precisely positioned and capable of preventing the occurrence of lateral deviation of the hairspring, a balance provided with this timepiece component assembly, and a timepiece.SOLUTION: A timepiece component assembly 15 is formed by welding a collet 50 externally fitted and fixed to a balance staff coaxially and a hairspring 40 formed along an Archimedes curve X. The collet 50 comprises a welding surface 57 where an inner peripheral side end part 43 of the hairspring 40 is welded. The welding surface 57 is formed in a shape corresponding to the Archimedes curve X of the hairspring 40 when viewed from an axis direction of the collet 50.
