PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp contact capable of solving problems that there are many punching processes at a manufacturing step for a conventional crimp contact, which causes increase in cost, and that a lance part may be deformed.SOLUTION: In a crimp contact 1, at an outer peripheral part of a cylindrical body of the crimp contact, slits having a desired length in a circumferential direction are provided with a required gap along a shaft center so as to be arranged in an opposed state. A part between the slits is protruded radially outward to form a projection part. End surface parts on both slit sides of the projection part respectively serve as a dead-end end surface for dead-end locking and a retention end surface for retention locking. |
