PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an antenna device that can be applied to two frequency bands, a first frequency band and a second frequency band, and has a high gain at any frequency band without enlargement, and a radio communication device with the same.SOLUTION: The antenna device comprises: a ground conductor 11 having a slit 111 and a conductor opening 112 across which two power feeding points at which signals of a UHF band are fed are bridged; a power feeding coil 2 that has a coil conductor 21 wound so that an inside part serves as a coil opening CW and is arranged at a position at which the coil opening is at least partially overlaid on the conductor opening 112 in a plane view, and to which a power feeding circuit of an HF band is connected; and an addition circuit 3 that is connected to at least one of two power feeding points of the ground conductor 11 and is substantially short-circuited at a substantially opening UHF band of the HF band. The ground conductor 11 is electromagnetic-field coupled with the power feeding coil 2, acts as a radiation auxiliary element in the HF band, and acts as a radiation element of a dipole antenna in the UHF band. |
