PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a chain saw in which one operation part enables both the fixing and releasing the fixing of a guide bar to a body and the adjustment of a degree of tension of a saw chain.SOLUTION: A chain saw 1A to which a saw chain is attached along a guide bar 3 projecting from a body 2 includes: a fixing mechanism for fixing the guide bar 3 to the body 2; an adjusting mechanism for advancing and retreating the guide bar 3 with respect to the body 2; and a knob 40, as an operation part, for selectively actuating the fixing mechanism and the adjusting mechanism. |
