PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement and damage of a laying member arranged on a ceiling face material during transportation and building work and to easily perform assembly and recovery work to a building unit. SOLUTION: When a temporary fixing tool 60 is detachably mounted to a ceiling beam 42, a holder part 62 temporarily fixes an air-conditioning duct 28 passing through inside, onto the ceiling beam 42 through a pair of connecting parts 64, and compressive load from an upper part is transmitted to the ceiling beam 42, making a detour around the air-conditioning duct 28. Even if load and vibration are applied to the air-conditioning duct 28 during transportation and building work of the building unit, therefore, the air-conditioning duct 28 is prevented from moving on the ceiling beam 42 and being damaged such as crushed by compressive load from the upper part.
