PURPOSE: A stepless height control device of a vehicle seat headrest is provided to fix a headrest in all sections except for a predetermined position by fixing a pole with a wedge effect of a fixing ball. CONSTITUTION: A stepless height control device of a vehicle seat headrest comprises a headrest and a pole guide. The headrest head support unit supporting the head of a user and a pole (120) extends from the lower end of the head support unit. The pole guide is included in the lower end of the head support unit and limits the movement of the pole. The pole guide includes a guide body (210), a release button (220), a ball support unit (240), a fixing ball (230), and a pressure spring (250). The release button is inserted into a button insertion groove of the guide button so that a push unit is protruded from the guide body. The fixing ball ascends or descends on a button inclined surface according to a push of the release button. The pressure spring pressures the fixing ball downwards. |
