PURPOSE: A crop cultivation method is provided to improve the flavor of the crops by adding the sweet taste and flavor of fennel extract in addition to the intrinsic flavor of the crops produced by hydroponics. CONSTITUTION: A mixed solution in which 10-100 wt% of fennel extract are mixed with 100 parts by weight of water is used as a cultivation medium for hydroponics. The fennel extract is fennel seed extract. The fennel extract is high pressure hot water extract. The fennel extract is extracted with hot water at 100-120°C for 8-15 hours after adding 80-150 wt% of water to 100 parts by weight of fennel seeds. The culture medium is directly sprayed on hydroponics crops with an interval of 40-50 hours. |
