The novelty of the invention is that the loading neck is made on the lateral surface of the hopper, and near it on its two sides parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hopper the rotary rollers (17, 18) are mounted, covered by a flexible endless sheet (19) which outer surface is adjacent to the outer surface of the hopper.
