A unit for cleaning raw material of flax stock of a scutching-and-breaking machine includes breaker smooth, slat, sharp-facet and sharply rifled rollers with straight and screw profiles mounted rotatably on frame of breaker. Additionally the unit includes at least a pair of riffled breaker rollers with flat corrugation with larger radius of rounding of the edge of the riffles with respect to the radius of rounding of the edge of the crimps of the riffled breaker rollers with sharp riffling, with provision of uniform gap between the profiles of the edge of the crimps and the grooves of a pair of riffled breaker rollers with flat corrugation. The pair of riffled breaker rollers with flat corrugation is arranged after the pair of breaking smooth rollers, before the pair of the riffled breaker rollers with sharp corrugation with given profile. |
