PURPOSE: A gas hydrate loading and unloading device and a transport ship connected thereto are provided to reduce a danger of explosion by preventing gas from remaining in the transport ship. CONSTITUTION: A gas hydrate loading and unloading device (100) loads and unloads gas hydrate on/from a hold of a transport ship and comprises a pipe assembly (120). The pipe assembly has a suction/exhaust pipe (130) and a transfer pipe (121). The suction/exhaust pipe inhales gas hydrate from the hold and exhausts the inhaled gas hydrate to the outside. The transfer pipe is connected to the suction/exhaust pipe and transfers the gas hydrate. The pipe assembly moves the suction/exhaust pipe to the hold.
