PURPOSE: A multipurpose weld bead remover is provided to adjust a tilting angle with oppositely rotating skid plates according to the rotation of a tilting angle adjusting unit, thereby allowing the skid plates to always adhering to the outer circumference of a pipe or the surface of a sheet material. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose weld bead remover includes a front support (10), a rear support, a tilting holder (30), a bidirectional threaded shaft (40), a tilting plate moving block (50), a front tilting plate (60), a rear tilting plate, and skid plates (80,80a). The front and the rear support are respectively attached to the front and the rear side of a remover body (2). The tilting holder is integrally installed at the upper side of the front support. The bidirectional holder penetrates both walls of the tilting holder, and is rotatably installed. The tilting plate moving blocks are respectively coupled to outside the left and the right threads of the bidirectional shaft. The front tilting plates are rotatably installed at both lower sides of the front support. The rear tilting plates are rotatably installed at both lower sides of the rear support. The skid plates are integrally connected to the lower ends of the front and the rear tilting plate. |
