PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of determining whether or not to perform idle stop control, by detecting a battery state, even when the lowest voltage value of a battery cannot be measured when starting an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: When starting an engine 10, when the lowest voltage value being the lowest value of voltage of the battery 11 cannot be measured by a voltage sensor 17, a minimum voltage value being a minimum value of the voltage of the battery 11 after the lowest voltage value is generated, is measured by the voltage sensor 17, the minimum voltage value and a first threshold value are compared, and whether or not to perform the idle stop control is determined. This minimum voltage value is set as the minimum value generated in the second place after the lowest voltage value is generated. |
