PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent job processing in unintended setting even if a plurality of users simultaneously access an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: In a job processing system, an image forming apparatus including a plurality of functions, a first device which can operate setting related to the functions and a second device for giving an instruction of job processing using one or more functions are connected by a network. When the first device performs a change operation of the setting on one or more functions, it informs the image forming apparatus of operation information. The image forming apparatus informs the second device of information for inhibiting start of the job using one function included in the one or more functions when the change operation of the setting on one or more functions is recognized on the basis of the operation information. The second device inhibits the instruction of the job using one function included in the one or more functions on the basis of informed information. |
