PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disadvantage of permitting a fraud of passing through mutual authentication monitoring only by breaking security of mutual authentication by a certain kind of method.SOLUTION: A plurality of kinds of mutual authentication processings (serial ID authentication and machine authentication) which have different authentication methods, are performed between a main control device and a CU communication control section. When single authentication of each mutual authentication processing has an improper result, a control section of a party to be authenticated is not notified of the single authentication result, but notified of the total abnormal results obtained after the performance of all of the plurality of kinds of mutual authentication processings. |
