PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode which can be inexpensively manufactured and has a conductive part excellent in adhesion to a substrate and in low resistance; a manufacturing method of an electrode; and an electronic device using it.SOLUTION: An electrode has a substrate and a conductive part formed on the substrate, the conductive part consists of a conductive composition containing a thermoplastic resin, a thermosetting resin, a setting agent and a metal particle, and the surface of the conductive part has an arithmetic average roughness of 40 nm or less.
