PURPOSE: A bioethanol manufacturing method is provided to drastically enhancing productivity based on the optimal product amount. CONSTITUTION: A bioethanol manufacturing method comprises the following steps: adding nitrilo triacetic acid in a reaction solution which includes laminaria japonica; and adding Saccharomyces sp. microorganism cell line to the reaction solution in which the nitrilo triacetic acid is added and reacting thereof. The addition amount of the nitrilo triacetic acid is 50-70 mM based on the volume of the total reaction liquid. A manufacturing method of the bioethanol comprises the following steps: adding the nitrilo triacetic acid in the reaction solution which includes Laminaria japonica; and performing ethanol fermentation reaction after adding microorganism in the Saccharomyces in the reaction solution in which the nitrilo triacetic acid is added. |
