FIELD: information technology.SUBSTANCE: device for measuring depletion of copper-nickel sulphide ore further includes two voltage stabilisers, the outputs of which are connected to two variable resistors, the movable contacts of which are connected to inputs of analogue-to-digital converters, built into an AVR microcontroller, the output of which is connected to the gate of a MOSFET transistor, the drain circuit of which includes the radiating coil of an inductive sensor, which is concentric with a receiving coil, the output of which is connected to a shaping amplifier, the output signal of which is fed to the input of a precision amplitude detector, the output of which is connected to the input of a scaling amplifier with the possibility of controlling the origin and the maximum of the measuring scale; the output of the scaling amplifier is connected through a voltage repeater to the analogue input of the AVR microcontroller.EFFECT: enabling rapid analysis of the depletion of copper-nickel sulphide ore in a measured volume for further use of the measurement results to reduce loss in quality of the mined ore.2 dwg |
