PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the growth of grains and the mobility of magnetic domain wall by increasing the distribution density of coarse inclusions and reducing fine inclusions. CONSTITUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties comprises Al of 1.0-3.0wt%, Si of 2.3-3.5wt%, Mn of 0.5-2.0wt%, P of 0.02-0.15wt%, N of 0.001-0.004wt%, S of 0.0005-0.004wt%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount, where the contents of Al, Mn, N, and S satisfy the following equations, {[Al]+[Mn]}Δ3.5, {[Al]+[Mn]}Δ3.5, 0.002Δ{[N]+[S]}Δ0.006, and 300Δ{([Al]+[Mn])/([N]+[S])}Δ1,400. |
