PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, and a program for providing real estate evaluation information that provides evaluation information of an appropriate real estate price.SOLUTION: A property management server 20 is connected to a plurality of real estate company terminals 10, acquires property data of real estates therefrom and unifies the management thereof.
