PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive recorder capable of appropriately modifying an acceleration range indicative of a possible accident.SOLUTION: A recorder program collects image data obtained by recording scenery outside or inside a vehicle. The recorder program regularly acquires acceleration of the vehicle and determines whether or not the acquired acceleration value is in a predefined abnormal range. When the acquired acceleration value is determined to be in the abnormal range, the recorder program stores the image data collected during a predetermined period of time including the time of the determination as accident data in a memory. A range modification program counts the number of times the acquired acceleration was determined to be in the abnormal range and, if the number of times counted during a predetermined period of time meets prescribed criteria, modifies the abnormal range. |
