PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a high-output laser oscillator at a low cost.SOLUTION: Multistage condensers 51 have: a plurality of laser diodes which generate excitation light; and laser media which absorb the excitation light generated by the laser diodes to emit laser beams. Pipelines 75, 76 circulate cooling water cooled at predetermined temperature by a cooler 71 to a plurality of condensers 51. A valve 72 controls amounts of the cooling water of each of the plurality of condensers 51 on the basis of temperature of each of the plurality of condensers 51, measured by an entrance temperature measurement part 73, and exit temperature measurement parts 74-1 to 74-3. The present invention is applicable to a laser processing device. |
